Aspect furnished the space with a range of modern office solutions designed to enhance productivity and aesthetics. They installed Activate Sit to Stand and Linear Workstations, complemented by privacy screens for focused work.

To add a touch of nature and storage functionality, Zurich Steel Sliding Units with integrated planters were provided, along with additional Café Planters throughout the space. The inclusion of 4-Tier Lockers completed the setup, resulting in a contemporary and efficient work environment.

The project has had a significant impact on the local area, bringing 300 new people to the central city and benefiting surrounding businesses. This influx of activity promotes urban renewal in Invercargill, breathing new life into the downtown area.

The tower's strategic location and diverse tenant mix position it as a catalyst for economic growth in downtown Invercargill. This development showcases HWR Group's commitment to urban regeneration and Aspect's expertise in implementing innovative workspace solutions.
