Following the successful delivery of their Cairns office, Aspect was engaged by MPA to deliver the Hassell Studio designed Holding Redlich Sydney project earlier this year.
Located on the top three floors of the iconic 25 Martin Place (previously the MLC Centre), the national law firm’s redeveloped Sydney office is a contemporary and timeless design featuring a range of bespoke spaces and furniture solutions.
Holding Redlich has always provided offices for its lawyers, and, in 2018, when designing its ‘Office of the Future’, committed to continuing to do so. The firm’s back-of-house office design is fully cellular with single and shared offices for all lawyers, challenging open-plan design and hot-desking models commonly seen today.
With a focus on high-quality and durable finishes and systems across the project, Aspect’s expertise and ability to deliver were essential in meeting these standards.
A unique element of this project was the customised storage solution designed for the offices.
Recognising the need for efficient and tailored storage for their legal professionals, Aspect modularised a traditional joinery solution. This allowed for easy site installation and ensures flexibility as the firm’s spatial requirements evolve.
In addition to this, Aspect supplied our Zurich 5 sit-to-stand workpoints along with team and personal storage solutions.
