Aspect's Sydney showroom moves to a new location.

Aspect's Sydney team have recently moved into a larger 370m² showroom space to accommodate the growth of the business in Australia.

The new showroom is located on level 9 of Reid House – a Federation warehouse which has aesthetic and historic significance, being one of the tallest warehouses in Sydney to use a timber post and beam structure, whilst retaining many of its unique interior and exterior details.

Featuring hand-carved timber jointing, turned columns and arched windows, a brick and sandstone façade and an authentic iron-worked floated glass window in the kitchen, the space itself has been painstakingly restored back to its original form over 18 months.

Largely designed by CEO Richard Simmons and the Sydney sales team, Andy McCulloch and Keenan Small, the main focus of the interior flow was to provide zones within the space for various working styles, while maintaining a dedicated showroom display.

Warren and Mahoney Architects advised on colours, finishes and lighting, and the design team opted for utilising Aspect's core range of products in multiple variants to showcase different layouts and finish options, illustrating the flexibility and customisation available to our clients.

The kitchen serves as the heart of the showroom, where clients can grab a coffee before taking a stroll along the natural flow of the space, which is functional and easily navigated. The back-of-house working area is subtly separate, to offer our clients privacy and a dedicated showroom area where they can explore the agile working trial space at leisure.
